if the books are damaged. The policy lasts 3 days. If 3 days have passed since delivery, we can’t offer you any refund or exchange.

The customer must shoot a short video clip while unpacking the order. If the customer needs to raise a ticket for return/replacement/refund, the unpacking video is mandatory. We cannot provide any of the compensation for customers who do not have the video.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused.
